Fruits specially mango, apple and oranges. I love cucumber to death. I like rice, sweet potatoes and corn.

Actually, I've been back in the U.S. for the last six years. I don't recall there being any notable vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurants in Icheon, but I do remember that they had some of the best tofu in Korea. On the Seoul Veggie Club (on Facebook) site under "Files" there is a good "Veggie Map" that is updated every few months. Here's a link... https://www.facebook.com/groups/seoulveggieclub/files/
