- I am smart, funny, friendly,quirky, well read and have eclectic interests. I am also happy, even tempered and feel good about life. I listen to NPR. classical music opera jazz and Jewish music. I like to go to bookstores,both new and used ,museums, movies, theater opera, visit quaint neighborhoods and travel both in the USA and overseas. I enjoy foreign or art house movies. Sometimes, though I just love being at home -relaxing.futsing either in the house or garden or just sitting on the deck with a glass of wine or a cup of tea depending on the time of day-just Being! I like technology -ipod iphone palm laptop and .and playing scrabble. I go walking and would like to start hiking-. A favorite summer activity is to go to Blossom and sit on the grass with good company and good food and then lie back and enjoy the stars and the music... I am a good cook and generally enjoy it. I do yoga and love to lift weights . I am passionate about the wild birds in my garden and would love to learn about birding and I try and live a "green" lifestyle.I have wonderful friends and am enjoying this stage of my life.
