Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Healthier, Ethical living. Don't need to take life in order to sustain my life. Polution, ETC.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Very helpful for all of us when traveling. I remember a couple of years ago while in Incheon (Seoul) S. Korea. I asked for a restaurant that might have vegetarian food. Her reply: Sir, you are in the wrong country.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I liked Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Philippines, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Italy, Paris, The Netherlands, Germany, England etc. I like to visit Ecuador and Peru also Indonesia next year.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Indian, Himalayan food, Thai but make sure they did not use shrimp paste (almost all restaurants do). Mexican vegetable fajitas.
