Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Eating vegan is a better way of distributing our resources. An acre of land for example, can produce 50 thousand pounds of tomatoes, 53 thousand pounds of potatoes, 30 thousand pounds of carrots or only 250 pounds of beef.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Mainly to search for vegan food establishments in the different areas that I go to :-)
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like Vienna a lot, would like to visit USA one day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Chickpea burgers, veggie cous cous, vegan chili. Pomodorini and rughetta pasta ... and so many others!
