Since I'm a complete foodie, I love that I can come to Happy Cow for restaurant guidance whether I'm at home or traveling!

I love, love, love Jamaica...the people, the food, the landscape...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Cashew cheese...basic, but an absolute love, with everything.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
My all time favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird, but if we're talking vegan, I really enjoyed "The Ultimate Vegan Guide" and "Veganomicon". I'm always looking for a good read.
