Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I don't find i can digest a Vegetarian or meat diet but now aftre so many years of Veganism I do it also for the creatures that can't speak for themselves

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Lots of stuff that IKU Wholefoods used to have when they had more organic food. My own salads are deadly. They have everything in them. My Banana/rice/paddle pop ice creams(no dairy) etc
