Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat plant based equally for ethical and health reasons. I never ever felt great about eating animals and went vegetarian when I was 5. Becoming Vegan was a natural progression and I went mainly raw once I began to see the health benefits in veganism.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Love to get review of places I never knew existed...especially when traveling.
