Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I was intolerant to lactose for years, started reading up on nutrition in general, meanwhile eating at vegan restaurants once in a while and really enjoying it. Continued reading up on nutrition, on ecological impact of food and realized that there's no reason not to eat plant-based. Moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada, switched to 100% vegan a couple of months after arriving.
