More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
A few years ago I found out I have an allergy to milk and eggs. At that time I was also cutting back the meat. I just kind of ended up here. That's no to say I didn't put lots of thought into becoming vegan. It just seemed like a natural transition for me. Not that I don't love animals but my motivation is more environmental.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love food and love reviewing restaurants!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I went to Arizona, I really liked that. I didn't eat at any restaurants while there though. I'd like to go to India soon enough. I'd also like to be in Africa (just about any country), New Zealand, France, Peru. You can drop me almost any where in the world and I'd be happy.

Books: Fried Green Tomatoes (not really about food), Colour Purple. Cookbooks: I have a small collection but nothing is outstandingly good. Email me if you want my opinion of a variety of Vegan cookbooks. Movies: Exorcist, City of Angels, Super Size Me Magazines: Two words; NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC
