- I was born/raised in Chicago. Staying in Pensacola for a few months then moving to Austin. I'm planning on studying vegan and raw vegan cuisine at the Natural Epicurean in Austin and the Matthew Kenney Academy in Santa Monica. Eventually I will break into the restaurant industry, sometime in 2013. For those of you visiting Chicago, Chicago Diner was my favorite place. I've probably eaten there 200 times.
