first of all am happy to have succeded to register and sign up...I haven´t eaten meat for soon 20 years...cut it out, thankfully not for health reasons...the result is amazing: never had pain, but now it´s gone at all and utterly...I only supplement with lots of herbal teas, brewer yeast, spelt, wheat germs and the like...I hope I´ll meet members to exchange experiences and thoughts of a vegan too...thanks group hosts...
