Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am vegan because I love all animals, and it breaks my heart how they are being treated around the world. Furthermore, I am also vegan for health benefits. I have never been as health and strong as before I went vegan. There is no reason to sacrifice another being's life to satisfy our hunger and nutritional needs.

Papa Gee's Vegan deli, in Portland Oregon. Best food ever! All organic, all non-gmo. Great service by the owner.
