More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I really care about the environment and animal rights (though I admit that I became a vegetarian when I was seven because I didn't like the taste of meat). Even if I liked meat I would become a vegetarian now. Being a vegetarian has become a life style for me. I couldn't imagine going back. When I joined the site I was a vegetarin but I am now a vegan.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I needed to know more about rennet and other animal products. I know so much more now!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to Yosemite National Park, amazing. I would like to go to more national parks. I would also like to go to see Cambrige in england(I love Stephen Hawking).
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
FRUIT. I am not sure what other vegetarian foods I will like that don't have the stuff that I have discovered that I can't eat.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Anything by Al Gore, though beware, he exagerates! (did not spell that right.)

Hi there,
I had a look at your profile after I seen your response a forum item I added. I have to say that I am very impressed, in fact I am spme what inspired. In the constant war of attrition in the face of the endless waves of demoralising news, it is refreshing and heartening to know there are people like you who are the future of the planet. You're not alone either. 1 of my friends has an 8 year old son who took a unilateral decision to become vego despite having no vegetarians in his family nor in his circle of friends. Inspirational stuff. I am going to email your profile to his dad for his son to take a look at.
All the best,
Stevie
