More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health. I want to enjoy my life as long as I can. Feeding it things not meant to help my body and immune system does not do that.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I want to give back to others who are in the same situation I was and that is finding healthy and good vegan food whether traveling or at home.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Too many to list in either category. I slowly update my travels with more places I have seen and more places I want to go.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
AnD Cafe Soul Bowl and their Ruben. I love a good stew with one of my favorites being sweet potato and lentil.

I met you both at Wayward in Seattle yesterday. I remembered that you said you were Happy Cow Ambassadors and I thought I would look you up. It was very nice meeting you, hopefully our paths will cross again!
