Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
While I am deeply influenced by the ethical reasons for my choice to be vegan, I am equally committed to the beautiful, energetic, and aliveness of my body and mind.

I LOVE Southern California and New Mexico. I am going to take a Vegan Eat, Love, Pray and Shop tour of Italy, France, Great Britain, Ireland, and the United States!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Avocados, Blueberries, Baby Spinach, Baby Bellas, Lentils, Genesis 1:12 English Muffins, Oatmeal, Vanilla Almond Milk....Oh who am I kidding!! I love all things Vegan!!
