Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Uruguay is my favorite country that I've visited, despite their obsession with eating cows. :(
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
My ideal meal: First course: Pizza, pasta, gnocchi, or french bread with eeoo or hummus. 2nd course: Roasted veggies with rosemary, cooked collard greens, fresh spinach, lentil soup. 3rd course: Banana bread or brownies with cashew-based ice cream and fresh blueberries.
