Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I decided to transition to a whole food, plant based diet when I got a breast cancer scare last year. Upon researching online, I came across the China Study and later saw Forks Over Knives documentary. I DRANK THE KOOL AID. I was on board. Not just for my health but I am very sensitive to the treatment of animals and thought this was an answered pray to make the change.

I'd love to connect with other in my area who have made the switch. Be encouraged and encourage others. Hopeful learn good tips and possible recipes.
