More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I began my journey toward veganism in 1984 by gradually becoming vegetarian, seeking the healthiest diet possibly. The more I read about diet and nutrition, the further I moved toward veganism. There are many books about the ethical and nutritional benefits of veganism, but the one book I most consistently recommend to friends and my students is Jonathan Safran Foer's Eating Animals.
