Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
First of all I became a flexitarian for health reasons over 20 years ago, but since a couple of yours I'm a vegan because of the ethical reasons (animal exploitation, environmental impacts and injustices to people living in the South).
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Happy Cow is the best tool out there to always find a great place to eat or shop wherever I am !

Anything with peanut sauce, coconut, green juices, smoothies, quinoa, tempeh (not all in the same meal...) and lots more :-)
