Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's so simple and does so much good.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love food, and I like supporting vegetarian restaurants!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like the UK and Ireland, I liked Japan. One day I definitely want to go to Canada, France, Spain, New Zealand, as well as many other places
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tofutti products (though not the healthiest choice) and fruit smoothies!

Vegnews is really uplifting compared to a lot of publications I've read- you gotta check out theppk.com- great great food.
