I love NYC. I'd like to visit Luxembourg one day.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Seitan, kale, tempeh, dark chocolate, peaches, chickpeas, polenta, corn, almond butter, cashews, vegan mac n' cheese, tofu scramble.

I'm a big fan of Dreena Burton's cookbooks. I buy all of them.
