Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Look into the eyes of animals and you see their souls. They have nothing to hide. I chose to be vegan because I realised I needed to stop making excuses and start working towards change.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I would like to promote change in France and encourage restaurants to offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've travelled to and lived in a few interesting places, including London, NYC, San Francisco, Frankfurt and Lugano. Of the places I've travelled to most recently, Italy surprised me the most with all the vegan options available. I would still like to explore Eastern Europe.

I'm open to anything vegan and don't have a favourite, as such. But bring me a vegan cake and I'll be your friend for life!
