Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Better health and not meant for humans to consume animal protein. I'm 55 years old and have not had to visit doctor for over 7 years, except for regular checkup. Doc tells me I'm above average with my health for my age.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Great source for vegans, especially when traveling. Make it much easier to find places to eat near you.
