I love what I do as a Board Certified Medical Physicist working in the field of cancer care. I also love what I do when I am not working, as a Nikken Wellness Consultant. After an amazing product experience 17 years ago, I became a wellness consultant and joined the thousands of other professionals in health care who are Nikken Consultants. More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
The reasons for me being Vegan is threefold. In no particular order they are One, for my own health since plant based diets have been shown repeatedly to prevent and even reverse disease. Two, for the welfare of all animals and three, for the health of our planet since animal agriculture is the leading cause of pollution and unsustainable resource depletion.

All over the USA, parts of Europe and SE Asia. Would like to visit more places in the world.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Cashew Cheese and Jack Fruit Tacos. I like most types of food.

Earthlings, Forks over knives, Simply Raw, Food Inc, Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. Books such as the China Study and I like the Forks over Knives Recipe book as well.
