Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
i feel light, i feel fresh, there are too many plant foods so i have no time for meat and have no need.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
currently my approach is more towards ayurveda, i mainly eat simple food based on fresh veggies and basmati rice, sometimes polenta with salsa, i love pumpkin just even stewed with raisins, risotto with artichokes, guacamole, plums, zucchini, coconut. i'm addicted to coconut
