Hi i am Mäx from Bavaria. I do live in one of those Regions where people are really suspicious about veganism. Me and my Cousin managed to build and grow a vegan Restaurant here and despite the odds we get a lot of good feedback from our Customers, despite their Bias. i am happy to see that vegan food is on the rise :-)
