- I came across the vegan lifestyle on my own. I've never really known anyone who was vegan or even vegetarian. I started looking into it and found myself leaning in that direction. Truth be told, as my veg status says, I am not a vegan 100%. I haven't bought anything non vegan for home in months, but when I go out I sometimes step out of the lifestyle. I don't fully quit though, because the way I see it, it is still better for me to be a vegan 6 days out of the week than to quit and go back to my old ways.
