More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

As a child I felt the connection with the universe, and nature and the air and earth and animals and people and somehow I knew that eating a plant based nutrition was the only way to preserve that connection open, and alive!!!

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I believe that the connection with the universe make people to join in a healthy environmental and loving group such as the happy cow members...I fully support those kind of movements?

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I ve traveled to Rome in Italy, that was my favourite trip up until now.Italy is my favourite country, I would like to go to all of the Toscany area, I wish to travel to Scotland , and the other favourite country is of course China

The list is endless, love the raw juices , love blending nuts and seeds with some fruits and vegetables to salads, love the pumpkin soups, the miso and seaweed soups, vegan cooking with smoked tofu and tempeh , seitan , makrobiotic I absolutely adore life as a vegan and raw vegan !!!!!!!
