Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've been a life long lover of animals and kindness! I watched Vegucated, Forks Over Knives, Food, Inc.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To find new places to eat, and help others find places too
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love Washington. I grew up in Colorado. I spent an unfortunate amount of time in central Oklahoma. I would like to visit the Eastern US as well as the United Kingdom, Canada (which is just 1 1/2 away!) Anywhere and everywhere really.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Indian (eggplant and okra), Thai lentils, potatoes, avocados, white beans, black beans, peanuts, cashews, portobello burgers, veggies burgers, fried tofu, chocolate, cherries, pineapple, peanut-butter, tomatoes, rice, pasta... everything really :)
