I always use the Happy Cow to look for restaurants before a trip. I figure I should check out the rest of the site, too!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I'm from New England so I love the old fashioned tourist destinations of the northeast; Portsmouth, Salem, Bennington, Kennebunkport, Kittery. I also love the UK but would like to see a lot more of it. Texas has been pretty fun, but I typically stay in Austin.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love artichokes, Daiya vegan cheese, olives, mushrooms, bread, maple peanut butter, coffee, TexMex, spinach... I could go on.
