Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Animal-based food is flatly uneatable. Drinking mother's milk meant for feeding calves or yeanlings and eating flesh is for zombies. A person doesn't have to eat those things to be normal; people are befooled at all levels. It's high time to regain self control.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I like everything about the site; most notably, it's irreplaceable when traveling. It also helps me greatly to cook tasty healthy food at home.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've been to more than 15 countries, up to 90 cities. Vienna of Austria is the most pleasant city for vegans, to my mind. You actually don't have to seek for a place to eat out or buy vegan products. I dream to visit Peru, Argentina, Japan, RSA.

I enjoy eating vegetables and pulses most of all. But I am a sweet tooth: I lose my head when I see fruits, vegan cakes, chocolate bars and sweets :)
