More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Animals are our friends and we shouldn't eat them. So many reason I can't count them.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I enjoy going anywhere and everywhere being able to find great places to eat through Happy Cow. When planning a trip before we leave I search Happy Cow. We have had great meals in the USA and aboard because of this awesome website.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Barcelona Spain has wonderful places for us to eat - who knew.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegan Rubens, I love Tofu and always have - there I said it.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
The Veganist by Kathy Freston changed my life.
