More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am a lacto-vegetarian for my spirit and a whole-foods vegan/nutritarian for my body. I care deeply that this also positively affects the rest of the world--the environment, other humans and other animals.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I love being able to search in advance for vegan-friendly restaurants and grocers when I am going to travel. I want to help folks know more about the places I know about, too.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love pretty much every place I go, but have only been in North America as yet. I would love to see India, Chile, Denmark--lots of places ...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tofu palak. I LOVE salad! And fruit. And pretty much anything my vegan-chef husband concocts. Homemade sorbets and maple-pecan frozen soy-cream ... mmm ...
