Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Kiev, Paris, Bend (OR), Budapest, Kyoto, Lisbon, Venice, Madrid, New Zealand (all of it!), Hawaii, Monteverde (one of the worlds finest eco-communities), NYC, Brussels, Sweden, Salida (CO), Finland, The John Muir Trail (best experience of my life), Nicaragua (it's nice now, try it), Austin (TX), Amsterdam, Missoula (MT), Russia, on and on and on...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Yum!
