More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I decided to go vegan 2 1/2 years ago for health and environmental concerns. I have loved every minute of it, and I am never going back!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined this community because I travel quite a lot for work and Happy Cow has been an invaluable resource to me. I felt it was time I give back to this amazing community and start writing reviews.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I am addicted to chocolate. I also love veggie burgers, and a good rice, bean and veggie dish. I'm pretty partial to breakfast burritos now as well.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Definitely read The China Study. And try out any Forks over Knives recipes or Oh She Glows recipes. They're both awesome.
