More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I prefer being vegan because I can't imagine a life where I eat animals anymore. I used to be different of course, but the veil has been lifted from my eyes and there is no going back.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To stay connected and updated with vegan spots around where I live and want to travel to.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Love Europe, but I am a west coast girl for life. I'd love to visit Iceland, Berlin, Bali and Hawaii.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Junk food girl at heart so ice cream, cookies, donuts, burgers, fries, mac and cheese. Can't resist a hefty burrito and I make a killer tofu scramble day or night.
