Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I feel amazing. I've never felt healthier. I also feel that the way animals are treated as a commodity is horrific and we should be ashamed as a society to allow it to continue.

I LOVE Whole Foods because I can take one scoop of 20 different things! Sweet Avenue Bakery and the Rutherford Pancake House are two of my favorites right now. SO EXCITED that TCBY now has Chocolate Almond Milk Soft Serve!!
