More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am an ethic vegan, but I have come to see, that there is much more to veganism than just ethics. It is also healthy for humans and obviously for animals and very environment friendly. There are many good aspects about it and I would invite everybody to have a good look into the materia. It's worth it!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It is very good to know where I can go out to eat and support people who are living a change. It is also good to know, where in those places vegan varieties are available and I want to share my experience with these places.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I liked Sördemanna in Stockholm A LOT!------------------ The self serve vegetarian restaurant in Oslo I have been too is a total disaster though. I have never eaten so bad!

If you want to have a good laugh and don't hate Jim Carry watch "Liar Liar", I have to laugh everytime I see it.------------- If you want to have an introduction on globalization with its main focus on food you should defenitely check out "We feed the world".-------------- And if you want to see very healthy and shaped up athletes, who provide loads of very useful information get: "Vegan Fitness built naturally"--------------------------------- For a good book I would recommend "Skinny Bitch" and for all vegans: "Vegan Freak".------------
