Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

animal liberation. and to stand up to big agra, factory farming, monsanto...

it would be cool to know some other vegans.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

i loved seattle and victoria, canada. especially the farmers markets. there are way too many other places i'd like to visit to actually list them all.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

i keep it simple: lots of grain and bean salads. legumes. i love indian and thai flavors. some products i love: almond breeze almond milk, luna & larry's coconut bliss "ice cream." and bubbie's kosher dills. i avoid a lot of the processed soy fake meats and cheese. about as far as i'll go in that direction is organic tofu and tempeh. i try to eat raw most of the day.
