Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I hope to be doing a lot more traveling in the next few years, and I hope this is a handy resource for my vegan food needs.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
A little spot called Fresco on the west coast of Puerto Rico. It took thirty minutes to get a salad, but I'm pretty sure they literally picked every bit of it out of the garden. I want to go to Vancouver, Austin TX for the food and music, Fiji, Bali, Byron Bay AUS, France, Spain, Italy, etc. ;)
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Green Papaya Salad! Vine Ripe Heirloom Tomatoes. Cantaloupe. Fried Okra. Raw anything. Vegan Southern Fare.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Skinny B*tch and Forks Over Knives turned me vegan overnight in February, 2013. Best decision ever.
