Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
mostly vegan (grilled fish once and a while but that's it). Eat this way for health and ethical reasoning.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
sweet potato, lentils, black beans, brown rice, quinoa, broccoli, chickpeas, hummus, rolled oats, medjool dates, almonds, almond butter, peanuts, peanut butter, red peppers, apples, bananas, carrots, squash, sprouted grain bread/wraps/cereals, olives, walnuts, sunflower butter and seeds, avocado
