Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Went vegetarian (many years ago) primarily for ethical reasons. Began cooking completely vegan (for my wife) several years back, and discovered that my seasonal allergies had vanished as a result!
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Finding good restaurants when traveling is very much hit-and-miss without Happy Cow.
