Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Liked: Taiwan, Laos, Scotland, France. Would like to visit: Iceland, Myanmar, Tibet, Ethiopia, Nicaragua.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Bananas, smoothies, salads, curries ... anything plant-based! In any tropical country, fruit and fruit juice. In Taiwan I love black sesame noodles – filling, hearty and thick with flavour. In Korea, vegan Bibimbap. In Vietnam, street-side fried tofu with scissor-cut, chunky rice noodles and fresh basil. In Malaysia, fresh durian. In Indonesia, "es bua" (literally, "fruit ice" – look it up). In Scotland, veggie haggis. This list could go on...
