I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined HappyCow because I want to become more involved in the local veggie community in Seattle. I want to know where all the cool spots are!!! I want to show other people how delicious and nourishing plant-based food is.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have been to many places in the United States, including living in New York, Denver, Hawaii, and now Seattle. I love exploring our planet and I am dying to see as much of it as possible! Next on my list is Canada...but I look forward to exploring Iceland, Spain, Argentina, and more!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Bananas! Avocados, Pad Thai, Curry, Fresh Rolls :)
