More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Vegan for the animals. Went vegan in 2012, the best decision of my life! LIke most vegans I only regret not doing it earlier.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's a great way to contribute to a more vegan world. I know Happy Cow from it' early days and I love what it has grown into! Keep up the good work, you guys!
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Coconut indian curries, cashew cream cheese, vegan sticky toffee pudding, cold pasta salad with home made pesto, fresh tomatoes and fried zucchini.
