More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I'm very happy being healthy and less stinky since I turned into vegetarian. I love fresh vegatables, tofus, and mushrooms.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Shojin in Los Angeles was one of the most impressive one I've had in the U.S. I also love the meatless Monday menu at the Stone brewery in San Diego where I visited last winter. I've been in many vegetarian and vegan restaurants in Taipei and Kaohsiung that I like. Surely I'm open to try different places in different towns for delicious vegetarian food.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

veggie quiche, mushroom quiche, ratatouille, bruschetta, pasta with asparagus and mushroom in creamy sauce, stuffed mushrooms, mushroom rissotto, veggie lasagna! creme brulee! Japanese-style honey cake! Dim-sum, hot pots, bi-bim-bap, Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine, Japanese, French, Italian cuisine, whatever tasty!
