More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I love animals as if they are my siblings! I have a special place for them in my life and it is no where on my plate. I also feel better physically when I eat a vegan diet. My skin has a glow to it, my nails are stronger, as well as my hair.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I like to know where the best vegan restaurants are. It's easier to use this than to simply search for 'vegan' restaurants when Im in a new location.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Shine Cafe is my absolute favorite so far on the Central Coast. I would like to visit every vegan restaurant in LA since I visit so often.

I love Mediterranean cuisine. I'll dip any vegetable in hummus!
