Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm a softie who cares about animal. I also prefer to eat the healthiest way possible. Not always easy....
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I want to promote restaurants that make an effort to be healthy and offer options for vegans.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Plenty of healthy places to eat there.

Causa Limena and Nut "Cheese" trio, fermented (non diary) at the Green Ingredient, El paso, TX. The Lentil Wrap and Squash Tikka Masala at Eloise, El paso TX.
