Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your comment. I don't log on here much anymore and I don't think I was even aware I had a message/comment thing..
Anyway, you wrote me back in December giving me advice on the meat craving stuff?
I just read it now and want you to know it's very appreciated...the spinach thing is a good idea, i'll try remember to do that.
I do love being veggie but sometimes (I think this is a result of just growing up eating meat and having eaten it for many many years) I just feel like there is something /missing/ from my diet and that meat craving comes in. It's odd though, i've been veg for about two years now and I still get it.
anyway, thank you for your thoughts and support, and sharing of personal stuff. I live with a meat eater too..
i am honestly tempted to eat meat a lot of the time...so it feels great to hear all this stuff from someone who has been there.
