I joined Happy Cow because it is an excellent resource for finding vegan places to eat, and I enjoy leaving reviews for the restaurants I love.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
In Beijing there are a surprising number of vegan restaurants! I love eating in Beijing. I would like to visit Portland someday because I hear it's amazing for vegan options.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I love tofu, especially deep fried. Also seitan is awesome.
